About

We follow the ASCA National Model in the work we do as school counselors.  Our program strives to:

  • be based on data-informed decision making
  • be delivered to all students systematically
  • include a developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on the mindsets and behaviors all students need for postsecondary readiness and success
  • close achievement and opportunity gaps
  • result in improved student achievement, attendance, and discipline

    Short-Term Individual Counseling

    • Academic or college and career advising
    • Short-term, goal-focused counseling
    We serve students' developmental needs in these other indirect ways.

    Collaboration with teachers, administrators, families, staff members, and community members.

    Consultation with teachers, administrators, families, staff members, other mental health professionals, and school counseling colleagues.

    Referral to in-school and outside mental health providers, community programs, the MTSS team, and Special Education services.
